The Space
The house Il Casalino is strategically located halfway between the beautiful village of Capalbio and the seaside, surrounded by peaceful countryside. During the summer it is cool and ventilated.
Tastefully decorated, the main house can accommodate up to 12 people and offers 1 big double room with loft space featuring 2 single beds for kids and an ensuite bathroom; 1 big double room with ensuite bathroom and a couch bed; a very cute kids room with 6 single beds on 3 levels.
A small double room in the adjacent greenhouse can serve as a maid room, with a bathroom with a shower that can be accessed both from the room and the kitchen.
All rooms are decorated with fine furniture from Southern France that lives side by side with Moroccan accessories and contemporary art. The house was published in several interior design and travel magazines.
Common areas include a living room with a fireplace, and a beautiful patio overlooking the pool, intentionally kept minimal.
Our guests will have access to the outdoor pool, the entire garden and the comfortably decorated dehor.
Positioned right by the pool, under a luscious eucalyptus tree, a fully equipped gypsy wagon can be used as an extra bedroom. Inspired by the gypset philosophy, it features a custom-made huge alcove bed surrounded by french tapestry, a changing area and a comfortable bathroom with shower.

The house is located minutes away from Pescia Fiorentina, a village in the peaceful countryside of Capalbio,
Beautiful beaches, some of them part of the WWF natural reserve, are only 20 mins away by car and so is the historical village of Capalbio and its castle.
Worth a visit is Niki de Saint Phalle‘s most famous artwork, ‘The Tarot Garden”. Located in Giardino, just around the corner from Il Casalino.
Heading towards Rome after a 25-minute drive you’ll find the beautiful Tuscia Viterbese, an area rich of historical and archeological sites, dating back to the Roman Empire.
Amongst them are Vulci archeological site, the Abbadia Castle, and the famous Tomba Della Pantenaica.

Booking Confirmation:
In order to confirm the booking, we ask for a 50% down payment on the total price.
The final 50% has to be transferred 30 days before arrival.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
We ask for a 500 € security deposit that has to be paid 1 week before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out.
Potential losses or damages to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
